1 3 large Green Peppers 2 3 cup(s) Brown Rice
3 1 can(s) Black Beans 4 1 small Red Potato
5 1/2 small Onion 6 1/2 tablespoon(s) Capers
7 1/4 cup(s) Breading 8 3 slice(s) Parsnip
9 1/4 medium Cucumber 10 1/2 tablespoon(s) Franks Hot Sauce
11 1/4 cup(s) Dinosaur BBQ Sauce 12 4 tablespoon(s) Vegeta Seasoning

It all starts with a nice trip to your local vegetable market. Make sure you pick Large Green healthy peppers. Wash and clean the insides from seeds.
At the same time start making your brown rice in your rice cooker. Next will be preparing your Green Pepper stuffing. Canned Black Beans will go first. Cucumber cut in small squares will go next. Homemade breadcrumbs, chopped onions, parsnips cut in long strips will follow as next ingredients. Olives and Brown rice will be last.
Next thing is Spicing and adding Sauce. Franks hot sauce, vegeta seasoning, Dinosaur bbq sauce will do just fine. Preheat an oven to 385 F and bake on the bottom shelf for about 45 minutes. Serve with small baked red potatoes.
