Lobster Scallops & Shrimp in White Pasta Sauce

Lobster, White Pasta Sauce, Shrimp, Scallops

What You Need:

Cooking ingredients.

1 2 medium Lobster Tails 2 6 medium Scallops
3 4 large Uncooked shrimp 4 1/2 medium Red Pepper
5 8 Garlic Cloves 6 1 Shallot
7 1 medium Onion 8 1/4 Garlic Baguette
9 1 stick(s) Butter 10 1/2 Lemon
11 1 jar(s) White Alfredo Sauce

How to Do It:

Step by step recipe instructions.

Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Add two lobster tails and shrimp, cook for about 5 to 8 minutes. When lobster is done chop it into small pieces. At the same time, chop scallops into smaller pieces for more even frying.
Melt butter in medium sized bowl. Dip the scallops in melted butter then fry until golden-brown. Set it aside.
Slice red pepper into thin strips, chop the onion. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat and fry onions until translucent, add peppers and 2 minced garlic cloves. Set veggies aside.
Combine lobster, shrimp, previously fried scallops, red peppers, onions in large frying pan, fry over medium-high heat for few minutes. Add sauce, parmesan cheese, stir and lower the heat to low. Serve with linguini and dress with Italian parsley. Garlic butter baguette will do great as a side.
